Physical Examination Requirements
Physical examinations within one year’s period are required for all pre-school, K, 6th grade, transfer and new students. Physical forms must be submitted prior to entry to school or accompany the student on the first day of school. No student will be permitted to start school unless these requirements are met and the records reflect that their vaccinations are up to date according to State of Ct. Dept. of Public Health’s immunization requirements.
