We Need Your Help!

Thursday, May 27th is approaching fast and we cannot be more excited for this special day. Field Day is a wonderful, whole school event that gives students and teachers a chance to celebrate the end of the school year.

Currently, we are still in need of helpers for this event. If you are able to help during this half-day on the 27th, please call the main office at (203) 775-5191, ext. 2 for more details. We greatly appreciate your support in making this event a success!

Donations of food and drinks have been assigned by class this year. Please check out the information below to know what has been assigned to your child’s class.

Next Wednesday is CLA’s Field Day!!
Wednesday, May 29th ~
Early Dismissal, 12 NoonCoach Freeman will be heading up Field Day and will need some help running games.

We will be sending you a sign-up email if you can help. A sign-up sheet is already posted on the wall outside the office.

We will offer several games for 2 separate groups:

LB, Pre-K, & K
Elementary & Middle School

If you sign-up for a game, you will be given instructions for set-up & guidelines for play, if needed.

We will also need a few parents to help with setting up & cleaning up for the picnic in the Fellowship Hall.

Picnic Helpers can choose to:

cook hot dogs
serve hot dogs & pizza
set up tables with napkins & silverware
put out chips, apple juice boxes, and condiments
help clean up afterwards

Don’t forget to bring your labeled food items to the main office by Tuesday, 5/28.
