We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated Classroom Teacher to join our childcare team. This individual will provide loving care and support for children ages six weeks through two years, nurturing their development in a safe and Christ-centered environment.

Responsibilities:

• Care for the individual needs of each child, ensuring their safety, well-being, and growth.
• Plan and implement daily learning activities that encourage curiosity, exploration, and early development.
• Foster a nurturing environment that reflects the love of Jesus and supports children’s spiritual, social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
• Communicate effectively with parents, families, and team members regarding children’s progress and needs.
• Collaborate with fellow staff to maintain a positive and supportive classroom environment.
• Model Christ-like behavior, demonstrating a heart for Jesus and for children.

Qualifications:

• Genuine love for young children and commitment to their growth and development.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Dependable, flexible, and willing to support the needs of the classroom and center.
• Experience in childcare or early childhood education is not required but encouraged.
